We perform continuous supervision of fall protection according to dutch law ARBO-Wet (Arbeidsomstandighedenbesluit; Artikel 7.4a. Keuringen & NEN-EN 365 norm), which states that personal fall protection equipment such as fall harnesses, lanyards, rope clamps, catch trolleys, permanent fall protection systems, etc. must be inspected at least once a year.
Most PPE must be inspected by a demonstrably competent person. For some products (e.g. S.R.L.'s and fall arrest blocks) and systems, the inspector must be trained and accredited by the manufacturer. On behalf of a large number of leading manufacturers, we are accredited to carry out the mandatory annual inspection of products and systems. We are specialists in testing fall arrest blocks from the leading brands.

Mennens is a member of the Dutch sector group 'Approved Inspection Companies for Lifting and Lifting Equipment' (EKH). All our inspectors have extensive practical experience and inspect and test in accordance with the EKH work instructions, which are based on the latest European standards, Commodities Act and manufacturer's instructions or local legislation.
